Class Cancellations by ProHealth Defense
We reserve the right to cancel any class up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date if fewer than four participants are registered. While such instances are rare, we strive to provide ample notice should this occur. In the event of a cancellation initiated by ProHealth Defense, participants will have the option to:

- Receive a 100% refund, or

- Apply their full deposit toward a future training with no penalties.

Participant Cancellations & Refund Terms
- 14+ Days’ Notice: Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

- 8–13 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the training will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- 7 Days or Less: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Tuition Rollover Policy
If a participant experiences a medical emergency or injury, a one-time tuition rollover to a future class is permitted. The following conditions apply:

- A minimum of 14 days’ notice must be given, unless in the case of emergency.

- A $75 administrative fee will be applied to process the rollover.

- We strongly recommend purchasing refundable airfare to accommodate potential scheduling changes.
